The Epikyklos construction company was founded in 2003 from Mr  Iosif  Arambatzis, having as a main activity the study, design and construction of building projects.

     In 2011,  Epikyklos company ,in full compliance with the modern requirements, innovates by introducing and presenting for first time to the Greek market ,,three prepriced  construction packages (Simply, Smart ,,Deluxe), which managed to dominate the market of Athens due to the flexibility and methodology that they provide.

     Till now, more than 400 home or professional spaces renovations and rebuildings , have been implemented.

     In 2014, Epikyklos company in order to preserve the high quality and full control of the manufacturing procedure , widens its circle operations and therefore joins  the group both an aluminum frame production unit ,with the co-operation of Europa Company,as well as a special wood and metal construction unit,having “SOHHO” as a brand name.

     These new infrastructures give the flexibility for the implementation of technically perfect constructions as well as all the necessary tools for using creativity and imagination by overcoming all the obstacles on the way towards materialization.

     In 2015 ,Epikyklos company innovates by introducing to the market,complete hotel renovation programs,managing to support the entrepreneur to implement his vision in all the procedure stages.

     There are prepriced solutions for the six standard rooms that have been designed on the basis of a standard 20m² double room layout. The chic and Lux categories are separately priced.

     In each one of these categories ,three different design directions are offered ,the Urban,Country and Island. The offered  costs include full study,construction and equipment.

     The Epikyklos company covers not only the rooms modernization but any other need of interion and exterior construction of a tourist building. Through an affiliate network ,a lot of additional services are provided to the entrepreneur, such as subsidy, corporate identity, energy upgrading and certification.

In last years, there is an intense participation of Epikyklos Company to the cultural events by undertaking the construction of the three award winning hotel room in “Room 18” to the central Hall of Benaki Museum, the construction of a decade ’80s  house, in the exhibition GR 80s in Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens and the construction of the Lounge and Workshop of 100% Hotel Show 2017.
