Hotelistas, as a Boutique Sales Agency, analyzes the method behind creating a “personalized” commercial strategy. In this session, hoteliers will learn how to move away from mass sales and instead target niche audiences that truly match the style and identity of their property.
The session presents how proper market positioning and the direct management of online channels by specialized consultants can increase the Average Daily Rate (ADR) and build a strong brand name in Crete’s highly competitive market.
