Lazaros Psiloutsikos is a Digital Marketing Consultant & Hotel Digital Strategist with extensive experience in designing and implementing online promotion strategies for hotels.
As co-founder of North Synergy, he has developed comprehensive, data-driven campaigns for boutique and resort hotels, aiming to increase direct bookings, boost occupancy, and strengthen brand identity.
With an academic background in Mathematics and Computer Science (MSc in Information Systems, Hellenic Open University) and specializations in Data, Marketing, AI, and Hospitality, he combines analytical thinking with creative strategies to drive sustainable growth in the tourism industry.

Antonis Karabourniotis is a professional copywriter and digital strategist from Thessaloniki, with a degree in Philology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and a Master’s in Systematic Philosophy. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of English Language and Literature of the same university, focusing on intercultural studies and semiotics.
Since 2009, he has been active in online copywriting, and since 2012, he has specialized in SEO Copywriting, leveraging tools for content analysis and strategic planning. His experience spans storytelling, brand identity development, and content creation for websites and social media.
He is also the co-founder of North Synergy, a 360° boutique marketing agency offering advertising services centered on strategy and innovation.
