Hotelligent

"Hotelligent" is an integrated system of provision, processing and presentation of information – results of a hotel unit. The information derived from the various systems that operate in the hotel unit (Front Office - Reservations, CRM, Back office, Accounting department etc.), is classified and categorized appropriately so that any information requested related to the operation and the profitability of each Cost Center - Profit Center, the hotel unit can be produced being directly available (on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis).

Using "Hotelligent" system we aim to give answers to questions such as:

  • The kind of promotions and campaigns that entail greater revenues and how they affect the performance of indicators.
  • The top 10 products and services that you should promote and to which markets (countries) they are addressed.
  • The rooms (accommodation) that are on the “best-of” list and in which time period.
  • The products that are requested by customers, in which configuration and how these new products can be promoted through appropriate actions.
  • The customer satisfaction trends.
  • What-if revenue analysis for the new pricing policy.
  • The most profitable services by promotion channel, customer group, geographical distribution, time period etc.
  • The number of activations of services that took place per year, the minimum, maximum and average response and how many services were not activated.
  • How a campaign can be effective.
  • The value of customers per market over time.
  • The amount of reports given is not limited to a specific number but is related to the particular needs of the hotel and that is why it is amended and constantly increasing.
