MBA Global Hospitality Management
Mediterranean College Business School is one of the first to be established in Greece (1977) and the first to offer an MBA in 1989. The MBA Global Hospitality Management has been designed by the University of Derby, TOP5 British University in Tourism studies, according to the Guardian University Guide, 2022 university ranking.
It is one of the few MBAs with CMI (UK Chartered Management Institute) certification, through which you receive the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice and can become a Chartered Manager, the highest accreditation for professional managers.
This is a modern, fully updated program, which meets the needs of modern Managers for a broader understanding of all the functions of a business, development of leadership skills and adaptation to the constantly changing conditions of the international market.
What you will learn
The program evolves gradually, allowing you to develop and apply critical analysis and synthesis, strategic thinking and research skills. Importance is given to connecting theory with practice, through interconnected courses that integrate the full range of business functions, with an emphasis on those of Hospitality Business Management (Operations Management, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction). The courses are not designed individually, to cover specific business functions. On the contrary, they incorporate a broader content, covering the interaction of different administrative fields within a company (e.g. marketing with production, finance with strategic management).
The 2 innovative ‘soft-skills’ development courses (Transforming Personal Skills and Career Coaching & Mentoring) stand out, which help you strengthen your self-awareness, develop your strengths and plan your professional development and career.
The culmination of the program is the diploma thesis, through which you further develop your research and problem-solving skills in the field of Hospitality Business Management.
