Athens Fine Food Awards (AFFA)
The organization of the Athens Fine Food Awards is an effort for the most representative and complete recording of the production of quality food in order to evaluate it and promote it to the general public.
Taste is the main evaluation factor and for this reason the taste of the products is blind. The products are divided into 27 analytical categories and are initially evaluated based on their organoleptic characteristics based on an algorithm that gives the rating. Then the products are classified in their categories and are distinguished among similar products.
