Unveiled in June 2025, ÓROS takes its name from the Greek word signifying both a landmark and the horizon. Set above the shoreline of Episkopi, Rethymno, the resort is conceived as an extension of the Cretan landscape, following the natural contours of the terrain and framing uninterrupted vistas across the Cretan Sea.
Drawing inspiration from Cretan vernacular architecture, ÓROS reinterprets its timeless principles through a contemporary language of natural stone, timber, marble, granite, and expansive glazing. A warm, earth-toned palette echoes the surrounding landscape, while seamless transitions between interior and exterior create an atmosphere of understated luxury, serenity, and an enduring connection to nature.
