The project proposes a small-scale tourist complex that develops organically along the natural topography of the site, transforming the slope of the terrain into a fundamental design tool. The amphitheatrical arrangement of the three earth-sheltered residences ensures unobstructed views towards the horizon, privacy, and an equal relationship between each unit and the surrounding landscape. At the upper level, the stone-built structure serves as the compositional landmark of the development, drawing inspiration from the local architectural tradition and reinterpreting it through a contemporary design language.
The architecture seeks to become an extension of the terrain rather than an imposition upon it. The contours of the landscape are transformed into living spaces, courtyards, and swimming pools, creating a hospitality experience in which the natural environment, bioclimatic principles, and the quality of the views coexist in complete harmony.
