Stella Blue is a bold architectural reboot of a seaside hotel complex. The design is not limited to morphology, but redefines the visitor's daily experience, integrating the landscape, light, and water into a new hospitality concept. Strategically, it was decided to remove some of the existing buildings and create new ones, with a completely redesigned layout. This freed up the flow, strengthened the relationship with the landscape, and, most importantly, gave the hotel many more rooms with sea views.
The presence of the liquid element is placed at the center: the swim-up sharing pools connect the room with the outdoor space, creating a flow between private and public.
The new design transformed the spa area into a "wellness cave": the walls and ceilings were shaped with special plastered forms and specially designed lighting to create the feeling of a natural cave, enhancing the experience of introversion and relaxation. The experience is completed by themed restaurants, where architecture meets gastronomy.
