Emerald Athens Hotel

Emerald Athens Hotel is a new boutique hotel housed in the building at 35 Perikleous Street. It is a characteristic example of Athenian neoclassical architecture and has been restored with respect for its historical significance and authenticity. The project includes five rooms, reception areas, a basement, and a private rooftop, highlighting the harmonious integration of the past with contemporary functions. The use of original materials, the faithful reinstatement of architectural elements, and the thematic connection to the Heliconian Muses enhance both the aesthetic and the hospitality experience. The overall intervention combines discreet luxury with respect for cultural memory, offering a unique space of historical value.
