Nestled in the heart of Kolymbia’s natural beauty on Rhodes, a luxurious five-star hotel complex is being developed, featuring 12 villas and shared spaces such as a reception area, restaurant, spa, and gym. Drawing inspiration from local architecture and the Mediterranean landscape, the project harmoniously blends the charm of a traditional village with modern comforts, placing emphasis on understated luxury, privacy, and integration with the surrounding environment. Each villa boasts a private courtyard and pool, while the communal areas are designed around an intimate central courtyard. With the use of natural materials, earthy tones, and a human-scale approach, this proposal redefines hospitality by creating a truly authentic connection with the land.
