The project is a complete renovation and modernization of a pre-existing hotel, transformed into a contemporary hospitality space of high aesthetics. It combines natural materials, earthy tones, and geometric shading patterns inspired by broader Mediterranean culture. The composition of volumes and the seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces promote an experience of tranquility and understated luxury. Architecture here serves harmony with the landscape and privacy, through light-and-shadow filters that activate the senses throughout the day.
The hotel comprises 50 guest rooms, categorized into standard rooms, rooms with private pools, and rooms with outdoor jacuzzis. The main functions of the complex are organized around a central inner courtyard, where all room entrances are located. This courtyard acts as a circulation and relaxation core, offering natural light, stone-paved walkways, and low planting, creating a sense of protection and privacy akin to a small village.
