55 guest rooms were arranged over five floors. The common areas were placed on the ground floor and mezzanine.
The building was laid out in two wings, forming a T-shape. The wing facing the street, is at ground level, and acts as a buffer between the hotel and the public space, shielding the private outdoor area. The transverse wing is elevated on a Pilotis, allowing the entire outdoor area to co-function with a 30m2 Lap Pool, that is positioned perpendicularly to the Pilotis space.
