Short CV Gianpaolo Venier
A passionated traveler, Gian Paolo Venier is in constant search of afar atmospheres to contaminate his design vocabulary. Designer and creative director at international level, he is active between Milano and New York, with upcoming projects in Asia. His distinctive signature combines a cosmopolitan elegance with the highest attention to materials, textures, tailormade creations and sophisticated color palettes. He cooperates since 10 years in partnership with the designer Paola Navone. He designed many hotels and shops with Paola all over. Among his interventions are the interior design of a private apartment in the Trump Tower of New York, the restoration of a private villa in Brooklyn, the concept for the restyling of the Tiella restaurant in New York and for the showrooms of Solottica in Austria.
From 2013 to 2015 he was responsible for the creative direction of Ivory Collections.
In 2016 he was appointed art director of Airnova, the furniture brand established in 1989 in the design district of Udine.
Since 2017 he collaborates with greek company MIA Collection, he designs furniture for contract.
In 2019 he was appointed art director of Abitex, italian contract fabrics brand.
In 2019 he made the interior design for Cayo Resort & Spa in Elounda Crete.
On going a new project for glamping luxury resort in Greece.
