Absolut Mykonos Suites is a modern boutique hotel with its own distinct physiognomy and a host of innovative features. Through its complete refurbishment, the 32 rooms and its common areas meet all modern automations of a newage hotel, whereas at the same time meets all the characteristics of the ecofriendly philosophy. The hotel also has a new generation fitness studio and every corner of the hotel is designated as SMF (Social Media Friendly), since it is designed to meet the modern requirements for a continued use of social media.
Entering the hotel area, the primary goal was the visitor to be impressed by the aesthetics, in combination with a strong sense of cleanliness. Having this motivation, a floating reception with private waiting rooms for the visitor was constructed, while the impressive breakfast room was constructed using the same rationale. A special glass construction illuminates the breakfast areas, while preserving the uniform architecture of the island with the white traditional arches. The rooms were designed having as a main aim to maintain the open colours of the traditional Cycladic style in the interior. The only intervention in that, was the special 3D lighting, having as main feature the island of winds. A meeting point that makes Absolut Mykonos having its own identity in the island of winds, is the glass balcony with stunning sea views. The pool area was designed with intense circular lines, to match the building and the imposing glass balconies. The impressive swimming pool with its spacious rounded seating, gives the feeling of getting lost in the Aegean Sea as well as a unique sense of luxury and relaxation, to the visitor.
