"APLA" Red dry wine 2016
Tasting notes: The nose is intensively fruit-driven with aromas of fresh berries and tomato leaves. In the mouth it is well balanced, while Xinomavro gives freshness, intensity and shows good vibrancy on the finish.
Vinification: CS has been fermented in small inox tanks; Xinomavro and Limniona in big barrels (5hl).
9 months aging on the fine lees before blending and bottling
Food matching: Perfectly served with grilled meats, cold cuts and cheese. Its unique structure makes it also good with spicy sauces.
